What: Backyard Living Space Creation (renovations, additions and repairs)

Where: Marble Falls, TX

Project Details:

• Constructed covered fireplace section which mirrored the existing covered portion of the patio.
• Demoed and replaced pool coping and retaining structures that were collapsing.
• Detailed the finish around fireplace portion with ceiling fans, TV mount, stone lueders limestone, mantle, decorative tile, wood storage, and stand-up dining bar.
• Constructed retaining/privacy wall
• Re-built subfloor of the deck that housed pool equipment to support new stonework and concrete coping.
• Constructed and installed all metal fencing and posts

Challenges:
Major challenges with the rotted subfloor. Project took 4 months from design to completion during winter season. After compromised material was removed, we created a solid, long lasting solution for the homeowner.
